Nigeria at UNGA 81

原文原文 / Original TextThis year’s United Nations General Assembly, UNGA 81, took place against the backdrop of major global developments that have tested the capacity of statesmen and diplomats to find solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

It cited Nigeria’s interventions in Liberia, Si
While it is commendable that Nigeria once again raised the issue of inequality in the structure and decision-making processes of the UN, the speech left out some fundamental issues that are at the heart of international relations today.
